Nick works around the Martos, Santiago de Calatrava, Monte Lopez Alvarez, Alcala la Real and Alcaudete area. References for his honesty and work are available just ask.

He is a Spanish qualified plumber and has done jobs from changing a kitchen tap to removing olive trees and putting in a swimming pool. He can project manage a renovation for you or just help you get an upgrade on your electric supply.

Nick would be happy to accompany you on a house viewing visit for your piece of mind, to translate or for an idea of what is possible for the renovations of the property whether it's major reform work, a new bathroom or house checks.

Property Maintenance

We will visit your property just once if you wish or can offer a yearly contract with monthly or bi-monthly visits, this also includes an extra visit after abnormal weather conditions.

If any problems are found on visiting your property we advise you by email with a photo of the problem. Unless of course it's a burst pipe or other type of emergency that needs solving instantly. We do not make any presumptions and do not do work that you have not authorised.

From August 2011 we also offer a house sitting service in Andalucia to care for your property, pool, garden and animals if so desired for short periods while you´re away.
