Property Maintenance We will visit your property just once if you wish or can offer a yearly contract with monthly or bi-monthly visits, this also includes an extra visit after abnormal weather conditions. If any problems are found on visiting your property we advise you by email with a photo of the problem. Unless of course it's a burst pipe or other type of emergency that needs solving instantly. We do not make any presumptions and do not do work that you have not authorised.
