Village House Private Sale La Carrasca, Martos

This typical terraced village house is up for sale directly from the Spanish owner. Located in a quiet village near the Las Casillas reservoir and 12km from Martos.



There are two bedrooms upstairs, a lounge, bedroom/dining room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and large walled patio.

The bedrooms still have the original wooden roof beams.



View from new lounge windows onto the one way village street. There is a shop, bar and doctors surgery in the village. Buses run daily to Martos.

The private walled patio are has recently tiled, there is also a covered area around the back door.
