The 4* Parador Ubeda Condestable Dávalos is right in the heart of Andalucia in Ubeda's Renaissance centre on Plaza Vázquez de Molina surrounded by superb sandstone monuments from 16th & 17th centuries. The Parador Ubeda is a 16th Renaissance Palace with a fairly austere facade but inside it's a real treat. There's a beautiful inner patio with a double partly glazed gallery. This is the best pad in town - no competition The Parador is on the left of the photo and the main builiding is the incredible Capilla de El Salvador.
