Golf Sevilla
The four golf courses in the Sevilla region are all situated to the south of the city with three 18-hole courses and a nine-hole course available to play. The 18-hole Real Club de Golf Sevilla is located near to the city of Seville was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, the Spaniard who won the US Masters major, and first opened in 1992.
It is a largely flat course and is forgiving in the heat of the summer with plenty of tree cover. There are also tennis, squash, swimming and gymnasium facilities within the complex.

The Zaudin Golf resort, the work of legendary South African golfer Gary Player, is another 18-hole course and played host to the professionals of the European Tour in 1998 when staging the Andalucian Open. You also get the chance to play the parkland course with the final two holes providing a spectacular finish – particularly with the water hazards.
The La Pineda Golf course, the third 18-hole, is the oldest course in the area having been opened in 1939 and is a tough test for golfers of all abilities. The only downside, however, lies in the fact that La Pineda is a private course and visitors are only permitted to play the course if invited by a member.
If nine holes is what you are after then the Las Minas Golf course close to Aznalcazar is what you’ll need. A tricky but picturesque course, with bunkers and water aplenty, winds its way through olive and orange trees and provides a pleasant experience of Spanish golf.
