Like the Cordoba region, Granada has just a limited selection of golf course with just two 18-hole courses and a nine-hole course to play in the region.
Just to the south of the City of Granada is Granada Golf, one of the 18-hole courses in the region which was first opened in 1986, is a largely flat course offering views of the Sierra Nevada.
Santa Clara Golf is the other 18 course designed by D. Enrique Canales Busquets in 2006. Just 9km outside Granada city heading towards Motril to the south.
With a driving range and lessons it's a great beginners course, which is open daily.
Los Moriscos Golf is the nine-hole course in the region and is situated next to the beach in the urbanisation of Playa Grenada. First opened in 1974, the wide-open layout of the course makes it the perfect place for beginners to enjoy a round of golf in the sunshine as well as providing enough of a test to keep the more experienced players entertained.
