Parador de Cazorla El Adelantado

The 3* Parador de Cazorla El Adelantado is in the most beautiful and remote part of Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park. This is an idyllic spot for nature lovers, walkers and photographers. Silence reigns, broken only by trickling mountain streams.

This modern, 33 roomed, Parador is more basic than most, but nevertheless very comfortable with a lovely big lounge and huge roaring fires when needed. Its simple design is based on the typical white-washed cortijo of the area.

Once you get here you might not want to get in your car again. Walks and nature trails begin from the hotel doorway, borrow one of the walking sticks provided and the world is yours.

Wildlife and flora abound the peace and sense of well-being can be inhaled, and the walking necessary to build up an apetite for the local produce meals the Parador restaurant provides.

The Parador is 24 kilometers away from Cazorla town, a 20 minute drive along the winding mountain road, due to the remote and mountainous location mobile phones will probably receive no coverage here.
